Sophia received her B.S. in chemistry from Emory University in 2024. As an undergraduate, she worked under Dr. Andrey Ivanov studying small molecule inhibitors for the MKK3-MYC protein-protein interaction in triple-negative breast cancer.  Sophia joined the Gunnoe group in the fall of 2024.
